what is the future?, entrepreneur or office/manual job?

entrepreneur
what should ppl do these days, it seems every week u hear companies downsizing becuase of competition and then if your living in the west, they give your jobs to india or china. so i was thinking shouldn’t we instead be just working for ourselfs, find a niche and then be the best? or aim big or whatever, but be working for YOU, and not anyone else, since there is no more job safety. what do u think?

It depends on individual’s interpersonal skills, if a person is more keen on inventing new things or is creative, he should become enterpreneur. If he is not creative, then he can work for the creative enterpreneurs. I think in future also both enterpreneurship and office/manual jobs will be existing simultaneously.

well I’m trying to get my own business going. Being an entrepreneur takes hard work, dedications, creativity, sacrifice, also leadership skills, etc . If your willing to give it your all then you should go for it. It’s always good working for yourself, so you wont have to worry about getting fired and all that other things we all deal with working for someone else.

Truth is, not everyone has the spirit/skills/right attitude to be a good entrepreneur. Most people are simply good at what they do (be that marketing, football, driving or whatever), and the world does need it’s professionals in order to go on. As long as you’re among the best at what you do, there is no way your future is compromised. Because new companies are emerging every day, and new jobs are easy to get once you have a solid reputation. Biggest mistake I’ve seen so far is good professionals quiting their jobs because they thought they weren’t getting enough credit for their work, and could do better on their own. Of course, they didn’t think about the fact that being a good entrepreneur takes at least as much talent and hard work and right spirit as to become a good professional. They just thought it’s free money. So, no, I don’t think everyone should make their own business.

You have the right idea that job security will not come from a j.o.b (just over broke) that you work at. People then still get it twisted by becoming a business owner, owning a job, which is worse than working at one. To get financiallly free and secure, you have to play in the field of residual income and leverage off of other people’s efforts because there is not enough time in the day to get truly wealthy just off of your own. You make the residual income by not borrowing money from banks or working 20 hrs a day. The next trillion dollar industry is the health/wellness industry. So you would want to get with a firmly established, debt free company that is doing business in over 70 countries, has over 40 physical offices, 7 cafes, ranked the 4th fastest growing company of any kind in its first 6 years, and has an unduplicatble product being called the next coca-cola, allow them to take the financial risks and you get the rewards by payouts of 53 cents on every dollar. That’s what I did and the income with no experience has surpassed my professional income with a master’s. Good luck to you.
